Our two stunning Inverness Apartments Smart & Cozy and Smart & Stylish are renovated to an incredibly high standard in the heart of the city centre of Inverness. Both are situated one street back from the River Ness with easy access to all that the Highlands has to offer as a holiday destination. Very convenient for restaurants, bars and markets. Many tours depart a few minutes away from the apartments and both are 5 minutes walk away from the train /bus station. We thought about every detail so you can have a home from home holiday.

Smart & Cozy Holiday Apartment is located in the centre of Inverness, just less than 0.6 miles from Inverness Castle and a 5-minute walk from Caledonian Canal, a property in the city centre provides accommodation with city views. It is 2.1 miles from Caledonian Thistle and 6.2 miles from Culloden Battlefield. University of the Highlands and Islands is 2.7 miles from Smart & Cozy Holiday Apartment, while Inverness Museum and Art Gallery is 550 yards away. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons – washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dolce gusto pod coffee machine, oven, bar style dining table. There is free on street parking available with guest permit ticket.
Good, friendly neighbourhoods situated 5min walk to city centre and Inverness Castle, 1 min walk to Tesco, Chinese Takeway on the doorstep and a lot of very good restaurants within 2 min walk from the apartment.

The bedroom provides high quality mattress with 2000 springs and luxury linen with duvet/pillows, large wardrobe with mirrors and iron/ironing board.
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter, bread and jam is provided for breakfast as a welcome pack.
Unlimited fibre internet with a smart 50″ TV with Free-Sat.
Ideal for a city break for two, couples or a business trip to the Highland capital.
There is also sofa bed available on request for an additional charge if someone travels with kids or wants a separate bed as I would like the apartment to be comfortable with space.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole flat which is located on the first floor and you can utilise the whole space. The only cupboard which is locked contains spare clean towels and linen. The communal area is located inside of the courtyard which is accessible with the coded lock.

Please note this is non-smoking apartment and no pets are acceptted- sorry. Smoking is permitted on the doorstep only – please dispose of cigarettes butts in ashtray provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons – microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dolce gusto pod coffee machine, oven. There is a free parking available. The flat also features SMART Hive central heating controls with underfloor heating in the kitchen.
Good, friendly neighbourhoods situated less than 5min walk to city centre and Inverness Castle, literally 10 seconds walk to Tesco, Chinese Takeway nearby and a lot of very good restaurants within 2 min walk from the apartment.
